Ian M. Dunham is an Assistant Professor in the College of Business at San Francisco State University where he primarily teaches the course Business and Society. His research focuses on urban/regional economic development, financial inclusion, and methods of quantitative geographic analysis. He serves on the editorial board of the journal The California Geographer. Ian earned his doctorate in Geography and Urban Studies at Temple University where his dissertation examined unequal access to financial services in American cities and the implications for financial inclusion. He also holds an M.B.A. from the University of Oxford, where he was a member of Green-Templeton College, and B.A. in Geography from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
